All new applicants are initially telephone screened and subsequently interviewed by a Consultant prior to client interviews. We prepare detailed candidate profiles, and our careful selection and client matching ensure that you only review candidates who closely fit your requirements. Our professional consultants are always on call to offer advice on all aspects of the selection process.

Depending on the scale of your operation and requirements, you may need to use different recruitment methods, channels and media for your differing organisational needs.
